The only way to fix this problem is by installing the custom rom on your android phone. So, you have to install the custom rom on your android phone.
To install the custom rom on your android phone you can go to website ( www.sammobile.com/firmwares/)
Please Search on the google by typing the samsung firmwares.
After Going on the samsung firmware website. Please Signup to the website for accessing the firmware of your right android version.
Remember that you cannot dowload the right firmware if you hadn't signed up yet. So, Sign Up There and search the right model of firmware for your android phone.
You can look your android phone model by removing your phone cover.
So, if you have looked it then please download the odin tool on your pc.
You can download the odin by going on the description given below.
So, after it please open the odin in your pc and flash the custom rom on your android phone.
For Flashing the custom rom. You can easily tap the volume down button, power button, and home button at the same time.
So, you can see the downloading mode on your android phone and you can flash the custom rom using the odin tool from your pc.
To flash the custom rom you will need
One Data Cable, PC, Custom Rom.
So, put your data cable on your android phone and flash the custom rom on your android phone using the odin via pc.
